All of our products are fat and cholesterol free with exception to our ice milk which has a 3.5 percent fat content per serving. All of our blends including, ice milk, frozen yogurt, iced coffee, cake and muffin mixes are powdered blends with a "just add water" completion process, and all of our products are available in kosher dairy and non dairy servings. There are many advantages to a powdered product perhaps the largest being shipping. Not only do we not require refer shipping, we belong to several associations which allow us to ship our products as incomplete products recognized as simple ingredients until you "just add water". This also allows us to ship to 90 percent of the world duty free unlike many of the liquid products that exist today with 50 to 60 percent duty rates.
